Shipping policy

Shipping

Please carefully review our shipping policy when purchasing our product. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.  We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

 We offer free shipping inside the USA for orders $175 and over. 

 Expedited Shipping

We also offer expedited shipping through Fed Ex at a shipping fee depending on the location given by the Fed Ex.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Customers are responsible for paying for expedited shipping.

International delivery

For international orders, separate charges may apply.  We currently ship to Canada and will be adding other Countries as we scale up.  

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 - 3  business days Monday through Friday.  Once your order is processed, we will automatically email your tracking number. 

 

Shipping ( Returns)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Please refer to the Returns policy regarding damaged or incorrect items received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


If you are shipping an item over $75, you will need to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It will take 2 to 5 business days for Faulkner Walsh Designs to process your refund. The amount of the refund may not appear in your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.  If you used a gift card, your money would be immediately credited back to your gift card.

 Faulkner Walsh reserves the right to change the Return Policy at any point in time.
