Refund policy
Returns
If your order is unsuccessful for any of the following reasons, Faulkner Walsh Designs will reimburse your payment in the original form:
- Faulkner Walsh Designs cancels.
- Since your order was processed, one or more of your goods have sold out.
- The item(s) received were found to be incorrect, faulty, or damaged. If any applies, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. A return shipping label will be supplied to you to expedite the process of an exchange.
- You changed your mind and return the item(s) unused, tags attached in the same condition received.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you may return your product(s) within 15 days of the delivery date. If the return time-frame for your purchase has expired since your item(s) was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we do not cover shipping expenses when you return the package to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Change/Cancellations
All orders can only be changed/cancelled within 5 hours from when the order is placed. This includes shipping address, quantity, and variant changes. We process orders quickly so if you could not contact us within 5 hours, you unfortunately will have to wait until you receive your order and return it back to us. If you made a mistake in your shipping address and fail to contact us within 5 hours, unfortunately we cannot guarantee your order will arrive at your correct shipping address.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: Info@FaulknerWalshDesigns.com
